leading solution design, integration, implementation, and optimization initiatives.\n\nSkill / Qualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\n\n- 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion implementations, solution architecture, or enterprise application consulting.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.\n\n- Mandatory experience in the EPC value chain and project-driven industries such as Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Industrial Projects.\n\n- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM).\n\n- Mandatory experience with Primavera P6 and Primavera Unifier.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM and enterprise performance management processes.\n\n- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end solutions across project financials, project costing, procurement, contracts, and financial management.\n\n- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and architecture.\n\n- Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and defining future-state business processes.\n\n- Experience working with technical teams on integrations, APIs, data migration, reports, and extensions.\n\n- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and best practices.\n\n- Experience working with cross-functional business, technical, and implementation teams.\n\n- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation skills.\n\n- Oracle certifications are preferred.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nSolution Architecture:\n\n- Lead the overall Oracle Fusion solution architecture for EPC and project-driven business environments.\n\n- Design scalable end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.\n\n- Define solution architecture across ERP, PPM, Procurement, Project Financials, EPM, and related applications.\n\n- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.\n\n- Ensure alignment between Oracle Fusion and project management platforms such as Primavera P6 and Primavera Unifier.\n\nEPC & PPM:\n\n- Design and optimize Oracle Fusion solutions supporting the complete EPC value chain.\n\n- Lead the design of PPM processes including project planning, budgeting, costing, billing, forecasting, and project accounting.\n\n- Define integration and process flows between Oracle Fusion PPM, Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, and other enterprise systems.\n\n- Ensure project controls and financial processes are aligned across the organization.\n\n- Support project performance, cost, schedule, and financial reporting requirements.\n\nPrimavera P6 & Unifier:\n\n- Define the integration architecture and business processes between Oracle Fusion and Primavera P6.\n\n- Ensure project schedules, WBS, milestones, resources, and project progress are appropriately aligned with Oracle Fusion PPM.\n\n- Design and optimize Primavera Unifier processes for project controls, contracts, cost management, workflows, and approvals.\n\n- Support project controls teams in integrating operational project data with financial systems.\n\nEPM:\n\n- Provide functional and architectural guidance for Oracle EPM solutions.\n\n- Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and performance management processes.\n\n- Define integration between EPM and Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM where required.\n\n- Ensure EPM solutions provide accurate and actionable executive-level reporting.\n\nBusiness Analysis & Process Design:\n\n- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points.\n\n- Analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.\n\n- Perform fit-gap analysis against Oracle Fusion capabilities.\n\n- Define future-state business processes and solution architecture.\n\n- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, solution designs, and business documentation.\n\nIntegration & Technical Collaboration:\n\n- Work closely with technical teams to define integration requirements.\n\n- Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other enterprise integration technologies.\n\n- Provide functional guidance for data migration, reporting, extensions, and application interfaces.\n\n- Review technical designs to ensure alignment with the overall solution architecture.\n\nImplementation & Delivery:\n\n- Lead or support Oracle Fusion implementation and enhancement projects from design through go-live.\n\n- Provide guidance during SIT, UAT, deployment, and production stabilization.\n\n- Support defect resolution and troubleshoot complex functional issues.\n\n- Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.\n\n- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.\n\nStakeholder & Leadership:\n\n- Act as a senior advisor to business stakeholders, project teams, and technology leadership.\n\n- Coordinate with business process owners, project controls, finance, procurement, engineering, construction, and IT teams.\n\n- Lead solution design discussions with
