This position plays a key role in supporting the efficient execution of aircraft maintenance tasks, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively across teams to ensure smooth operational flow.\nWhat you will be responsible for:\nOversee and support data entry activities throughout all phases of the aircraft maintenance process, including arrival, active maintenance, departure, and post test flight.\nConduct audits to ensure all maintenance records, entries, and documentation are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies, customer requirements, and FAA regulations.\nMaintain and update necessary records within internal and customer ERP systems, including but not limited to SCEPTRE, StAAR, and Concourse.\nAssist with the preparation and validation of aircraft maintenance packages, tally sheets, and associated forms to support aircraft readiness and release.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure all reporting, documentation, and compliance obligations are met.\nTrack open items, resolve discrepancies or rejections, and ensure completion of all transactions in alignment with company procedures and customers’ expectations.\nPerform other related duties as assigned. \nData Entry Analyst.
