Simply calling us a “Creative Fabrication Company” or an “Experiential Marketing Company” doesn’t capture the full scope of what we do. We are a dynamic design, build, and technology studio serving the experiential marketing, location-based entertainment, and museum industries - constantly evolving with every unique project we take on.\nThat evolution requires strong leadership.\nWhen the Run of Show changes 90 minutes before doors open, what do you do?\nWhen multiple stakeholders are giving direction and clarity is needed, do you hesitate - or step in?\nWhen a live environment shifts unexpectedly, are you the person others look to for calm, decisive leadership?\nIf that kind of responsibility excites you, this may be the right role.\nAardvark Studios is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the accountable owner of complex mobile tours and brand activations. You own outcomes.\nYour Core Responsibilities:\nFull ownership of assigned programs - execution, timeline, compliance, and profitability.\nManaging six-figure budgets with discipline and transparency.\nServing as the primary client point of contact from kickoff through recap.\nLeading cross-functional internal teams to launch and operate tours successfully.\nHiring, training, and remotely managing drivers and field staff.\nMaintaining DOT and safety compliance.\nTracking KPIs, reporting performance, and delivering thoughtful post-program analysis.\nNavigating real-time challenges with composure and sound judgment.\nThis role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-visibility programs where your decision-making truly matters.\nThe Kind of Leader Who Thrives Here:\nHave 5+ years of project or program management experience - ideally in experiential marketing, live events, tours, or agency environments\nHave managed six-figure budgets and understand margin responsibility\nAre comfortable guiding clients through evolving situations\nInfluence without formal authority\nBring calm structure to fast-moving environments\nBalance confidence with emotional intelligence\nEnjoy being trusted to make decisions\nYou take pride in ownership.\nYou value autonomy.\nYou like building strong programs and strong relationships.\nPreferred:\nPMP Certification a plus\nBachelor’s degree preferred \nHow we’ll measure success:\nClient satisfaction and renewal\nBudget performance and margin management\nOperational excellence and compliance\nStrong cross-functional alignment \nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive compensation package, commensurate with experience \nPaid time off\nMedical / Dental / Vision benefits\nLife insurance, short & long-term disability options\nRetirement matching after 1 year\nOn-site private-use gym\nDog-friendly workspace\nCheck us out on social here and here\nIf you’re looking for a role where you can lead, solve complex challenges, and see the direct impact of your work on high-profile programs, we’d love to meet you.\nApply now!","description_format":"text","description_chars":3821,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Life insurance"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Game Development"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-12T22:29:30Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":2,"expected_fill_days":21,"reasons":["conf:2","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-15T05:46:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/aardvark-studios-program-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/aardvark-studios-program-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-16T05:03:25Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2157,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-17T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":8778},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=8778"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Faardvark-studios-program-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Faardvark-studios-program-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Faardvark-studios-program-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/aardvark-studios-program-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Faardvark-studios-program-manager"}]}
