The Analyst will work closely with Consultants and Senior Consultantsto execute analyses, develop data-driven insights, and contribute to client deliverables.\nWork You’llDo\nSupport claims analytics projects across payer and provider clients\nExecute SQL, pythonscriptsand analyses on large healthcare datasets\nRun Statistical analyses to support data profiling and other related analyes\nWork with medical, pharmacy, eligibility, provider, and pricing data\nAssistin identifyingutilizationpatterns, cost drivers, and reimbursement trends\nValidate data accuracy and support quality assurance processes\nBuild dashboards and reports using BI tools to support client insights\nTranslate analytical findings into clear summaries and presentations\nCollaborate with Consultants and Senior Consultants on project execution\nSupport documentation of methodologies and analytic approaches\nParticipate in client discussions and internal working sessions\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements\nBachelor'sdegree required\nExperience working with healthcare claims data or health plan datasets\nProficiencyin SQL and experience analyzing large datasets\nExperience with Snowflake, Python, Excel, or similar analytics tools\nFamiliarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau\nBasic understanding of healthcare reimbursement concepts and claims data structures\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to communicate technical findings in a clear and structured way\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-based environment\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship\nPreferred Requirements\nExposure to medical management, utilizationmanagement, prior authorization, or clinical operations\nExperience working with health plans or consulting firms\nExperience with automated analytic workflows or ETL processes\nFamiliarity with healthcare coding systems including CPT, HCPCS, ICD, DRG, and APC\nExperience building dashboards or recurring analytics reports\nBased in Chicago, IL, with flexibility to work from the Chicago office as needed\nCompensation & Benefits\nFlexible PTO, monthly half-day refuels, volunteer time off, 10 paid holidays\nOwn Your Day flexible work policy\nCompetitive majority employer-paid benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match\nGenerous paid parental leave options\nEmployer-paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability\nCharitable contribution matching program\nNew client commission opportunities and referral bonus program\nBike share discount program\nThe estimated base salary range for this position is$82,000 - $97,000.Inaddition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
