This role will work with healthcare claims data and business requirements to develop data transformations, implement pricing and reimbursement logic, and validateresults.\nWork You’ll Do\nDevelop and maintainhealthcare fee schedule solutions using Snowflake, SQL, and Python\nTranslate business and reimbursement requirements into technical logic and data transformations\nAnalyze healthcare claims data to support fee schedule development and validation\nDevelop SQL queries and Python scripts for data processing, transformation, validation, and automation\nImplement and validatepricing logic based on business requirements\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and data validation testing\nCompare expected versus actual pricing results and investigatediscrepancies\nIdentify and troubleshoot issues related to data, business rules, or technical implementation\nDevelop automated validation processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of fee schedule testing\nWork with business stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify pricing rules\nSupport UAT and resolve issues identifiedduring business testing\nPerform data reconciliation and identifygaps or inconsistencies in fee schedule coverage\nSupport deployment and post-production validation\nCollaborate with data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and onshore/offshore development teams\nDocument technical logic, testing procedures, and validationresults\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements\n3+ years of experiencein healthcare data, claims processing, healthcare analytics, data engineering, or a relatedfield\nStrong Snowflake and SQLskills\nStrong Pythonskills for data processing, transformation, validation, and automation\nExperience working with healthcare claims data\nExperience with data validation, testing, or QA.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and effectively collaborate with technical and business teams\nWillingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locations\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience with healthcare fee schedules or reimbursement methodologies\nKnowledge of CPT, HCPCS, modifiers, revenue codes, DRGs/APR-DRGs, NPI, and TIN\nExperience with professional and institutional claims management\nExperience with healthcare payer data\nExperience developing automated testing or validation using Python\nFamiliarity with Git, Jira, and Agile development practices\nBased in Chicago, IL, and flexible to work from our Chicago office as needed\nCompensation & Benefits\nFlexible PTO, monthly half-day refuels, volunteer time off, 10 paid holidays\nOwn Your Day flexible work policy\nCompetitive majority employer-paid benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match\nGenerous paid parental leave options\nEmployer-paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability\nCharitable contribution matching program\nNew client commission opportunities and referral bonus program\nBike share discount program\nThe estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. In addition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
