The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise-wide learning strategies, leading leadership development programs, managing learning technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.\nWork You’ll Do\nDevelop and execute the organization’s Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives\nIdentify training gaps through stakeholder discussions, performance insights, employee feedback, and business requirements. \nDesign, develop, and implement targeted learning programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.\nConduct organization-wide training needs analysis and competency gap assessments\nDesign and implement leadership development, functional capability-building, and behavioral learning programs\nPartner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify capability-building priorities\nManage the end-to-end learning lifecycle, including planning, content development, delivery, evaluation, and reporting\nLead onboarding and induction programmes for new employees\nCurate and manage digital learning content through Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning platforms.\nDrive learning innovation through blended learning, e-learning, microlearning, and virtual instructor-led training\nEvaluate training effectiveness using learning metrics, feedback, business impact, and ROI\nManage relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and certification partners\nDevelop succession planning and high-potential employee development programs\nCoach managers on talent development and performance improvement initiatives\nStay updated on emerging learning technologies, AI-enabled learning solutions, and industry best practices\nManage the L&D budget to ensure optimal and cost-effective utilization of learning resources\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field\nMaster's degree or MBA in HR is preferred\n10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development\nProven experience in designing leadership development and capability-building initiatives\nExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)\nStrong stakeholder management and business partnering skills\nExperience in facilitating executive and leadership training programs\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience hiring for Healthcare and technology roles, including Salesforce, Data Engineering, AI, and related domains.\nExperience in IT Services, Global Capability Centers (GCC), Healthcare, or Consulting organizations is preferred\nBenefits \nFlexible Paid Time Off of up to 23 days annually, in addition to 10 paid public holidays\nHybrid work model with flexible in-office attendance\nComprehensive health benefits including medical insurance (Mediclaim), personal accident insurance, and term life insurance\nGenerous paid parental leave program\nAttractive employee referral bonus scheme\nTransportation allowance and night shift allowance\nEmployee advance salary loan facility\nStructured professional certification reimbursement policy to support ongoing learning and development\nWe put humans at the center of our work\nWe’re a global management and technology consulting firm specializing in strategic profitability improvement, digital transformation, and strategy & change for clients.
