Build the systems behind our power trading - from real-time data and algorithmic execution to the trading terminal our desk uses every day. The role Join a small team that builds and owns our trading platform end to end. Work directly with traders, take responsibility for production systems and see the impact of what you ship. What you will work on Order management, trading algorithms and real-time execution. Market data integrations and our trading terminal. Scheduling, nominations and reconciliation with TSOs and exchanges. Platform reliability, infrastructure and security. What you bring At least 3-5 years of experience building and running production systems. You can take an open-ended problem from idea to deployment, communicate clearly and take ownership when things break. Experience with concurrent or real-time systems is valuable; curiosity about power markets is essential. Our stack Backend: Kotlin, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB, RabbitMQ, gRPC and websockets. Frontend: React, TypeScript and D3. Platform: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Entra ID and OpenTelemetry. You do not need to know every tool. Be strong in one area and ready to learn the rest.
