Sales Associate The salary range for this role is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Aaron’s Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You’ll drive sales by engaging directly with customers and assisting them in finding just what they need.
