Supports multi-channel marketing plans meant to promote the organization and its products, programs, or services. Works with cross-functional creative teams and business liaisons to implement marketing content multi-platform production projects to inform, educate, and influence both internal and external audiences. Measures and analyzes campaign results to determine ROI.\nResponsibilities:\nSupports multi-channel marketing plans on behalf of clients.\nSupports product development projects throughout the development cycle.\nCollects, organizes, and distributes internal content and tools.\nMaintains a variety of project management and communications tools for sales and marketing.\nCoordinates creative services production schedules, vendors, and workflows in accordance with department objectives.\nAssists the Research and Insights team with the development of presentations, sell sheets and other special projects.\nProvide the Creative Services team with project management support.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years of relevant job-related experience. \nWorking knowledge of the advertising and media industry. \nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing priorities. \nSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently. \nAbility to learn and effectively use technical systems, software, and new technologies. \nStrong proficiency with numerical data and data tables.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities effectively.\nExpertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. \nProficiency using AI tools to maximize efficiency and productivity, along with a can-do attitude.\nPreferred:\nKnowledge of syndicated research.\nAARP will not sponsor an employment visa for this position.\nAdditional Requirements\nRegular and reliable job attendance\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nExhibit respect and understanding of others to maintain professional relationships\nIndependent judgement in evaluation options to make sound decisions\nHome office environment with the ability to work effectively surrounded by moderate home environment noise - (Telework)\nCompensation and Benefits\nAARP offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including a 401(k); 100% company-funded pension plan; health, dental, and vision plans; life insurance; paid time off to include company and individual holidays, vacation, sick, caregiving, and parental leave; performance-based and peer-based recognition and tuition reimbursement.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nAARP is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
