The role involves leveraging AI-powered testing solutions to improve test generation, execution, failure analysis, reporting, and overall software quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for Salesforce and OmniStudio applications.\n\n- Build and execute UI, API, integration, functional, smoke, and regression tests.\n\n- Develop AI-powered testing agents using AWS Bedrock for test case generation, execution, failure analysis, and reporting.\n\n- Create and maintain automated tests using Playwright, WebdriverIO, UTAM, or similar frameworks.\n\n- Analyze Jira user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to identify testing scenarios and automation coverage.\n\n- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Copado or similar tools.\n\n- Perform API and end-to-end testing across Salesforce and integrated applications.\n\n- Conduct backend data validation using SOQL.\n\n- Implement AI-assisted defect analysis, debugging, and root cause identification.\n\n- Use mocks and service virtualization to support testing of external dependencies.\n\n- Generate test execution reports, defect summaries, and test coverage metrics.\n\n- Evaluate AI agent accuracy, reliability, guardrails, and testing effectiveness.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to improve testing efficiency and software quality.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce QA and test automation.\n\n- Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity applications.\n\n- Proficiency in Playwright, WebdriverIO, UTAM, or equivalent automation frameworks.\n\n- Practical knowledge of AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI.\n\n- Experience with Copado and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Strong understanding of SOQL and Salesforce data validation.\n\n- Programming knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python.\n\n- Experience in REST API testing and system integration testing.\n\n- Understanding of LLM fundamentals and prompt engineering.\n\n- Familiarity with AWS Lambda, IAM, S3, and CloudWatch.\n\n- Experience using Jira and Git.\n\n- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Experience building AI-powered test automation workflows or autonomous testing agents.\n\n- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and release management.\n\n- Experience implementing LLM-based test case generation and intelligent defect classification.\n\n- Strong understanding of enterprise QA processes, test coverage, and software testing best practices.\n\n- Experience working in Agile development environments.\n\nIdeal Candidate : \n\nWe are seeking someone who combines strong Salesforce automation expertise with practical experience in AI-powered testing.
