The Product Design team owns designing, building, and evolving user experiences across every surface of Aaru. You’ll design experiences for personas across the technical spectrum and synthesize cutting-edge research into features used daily by executives and developers alike\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nIdentify patterns across user needs and product to 10x our simulation software’s impact\n\nShip fast while advancing the platform design system\n\nForce-multiply engineering with high-quality prototypes using agentic workflows\n\nExperiment and advance AI-native design workflows\n\nHelp us hire designers who raise the bar\n\nYOU MAY BE A FIT IF\nYou’ve released your own products or have lead product design previously\n\nYou thrive in ambiguous and novel technical domains\n\nYou value feedback more than conformity\n\nYou can defend your choices.
