By generating and deploying instances of artificial intelligence that mirror humans, called agents, Aaru simulates entire populations with unprecedented accuracy. Our partners use Aaru to refine strategic positioning, identify and understand high-value audiences, validate concepts and messaging before launch, optimize pricing decisions, and build a continuously richer understanding of their customers through simulation. We provide organizations with invaluable foresight, empowering them to anticipate outcomes and proactively make the right decisions at the right time, every time.\nWe're a small, dedicated, mission-driven team and we intend to stay that way. We believe the best work happens when exceptionally talented people are given ownership, trust and the space to operate without bureaucratic friction. We work with urgency and intellectual honesty and expect new team members to match our velocity. We seek individuals who thrive at the frontier, who push beyond conventional limits, who bring curiosity and conviction in equal measure, and who want their work to have demonstrable impact in the world. If you're energized by the idea of a small team doing things that feel impossible, let’s build together.\nAbout the role\nAs a Product Manager working on the Artifacts team, you will lead a team of engineers and designers in creating new products based on the results of a simulation. Today, the Artifacts team’s goal is to produce high quality deliverables and assets used from CEOs to analysts to help drive their decision making. We’re looking to accelerate the roadmap for Artifacts across different applications and use cases like executive summaries and insight-generating documents.\nThis is a senior individual contributor (IC) role that works with researchers, product designers, and engineering while engaging customers and external partners day-to-day. You should be comfortable resolving issues with model behavior with research, debugging reasoning failures, identifying gaps in platform primitives, and presenting product strategy to executives.\nResponsibilities\nDefine the Artifacts roadmap, from executive summaries to interactive results experiences\n\nSet evaluation and launch criteria for AI-generated deliverables\n\nTurn one-off customer deliverables into reusable templates and primitives\n\nDebug model behavior and reasoning failures alongside Research\n\nInstrument adoption, trust, and quality so decisions run on evidence\n\nPresent Artifacts strategy to executives, customers, and partners\n\nYou may be a fit if\nYou've worked as a product manager of analytics/document platforms in the past\n\nYou have opinions on how AI and data interact with one another\n\nYou've owned a roadmap that includes improving model performance in your product\n\nYou’ve worked on products that serve users with a wide range of technical competency\n\nStrong Candidates May Also\nHave built LLM-powered content generation pipelines (automated report prose, insight extraction, agentic document creation)\n\nHave produced or automated consulting-grade deliverables at a strategy firm, analytics vendor, or customer-facing BI product\n\nHave been a founder or early PM at a fast-growing company\n\nHave committed code, or worked deep enough in the stack to credibly debate architecture and evaluation design\n\nHave worked with data scientists or researchers as part of the product development process","description_format":"text","description_chars":3521,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Predictive
