We’re entering a stage of high growth, high velocity and aim to operate as a world class talent function.\nYou will lead a smooth, seamless candidate experience throughout a candidate’s interview process with Aaru. We have a hiring plan that is both ambitious and globally expansive. You’ll set the standard for an optimized candidate flow through interview scheduling, candidate communications, data/ATS management, support onboarding, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nOwn the end-to-end candidate experience, making every interaction from first touch to final decision, feel seamless, human, and high-touch\n\nCoordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities, keeping things moving at speed\n\nServe as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers, anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and making their jobs easier\n\nOperate independently in ambiguity: spot gaps, make judgment calls, and create structure where none exists yet\n\nIdentify, initiate, and drive projects that improve and scale our recruiting processes as the team grows\n\nManage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy and urgency\n\nContinuously look for ways to raise the bar on both the external candidate experience and the internal stakeholder experience\n\nWHAT YOU WILL BRING\n1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment\n\nComfort operating in ambiguity. You take initiative to ensure a thoughtful candidate experience, while also driving urgency in our hiring decision making\n\nExceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously without losing the thread\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with proactive, clear, and warm follow-through\n\nExcellent bedside manner working with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders\n\nEmphasis on high attention to detail and cautious discretion\n\nLOCATION\nThis role is based in New York City. Aaru is an in-person company, working 5 days a week in office.
