Then you might be the Production Manager we're looking for.\nAt Aasted, we are looking for a Production Manager to lead our Combined Lines Solutions production department. You will take responsibility for a team of more than 40 employees and play an important role in creating a workplace where people thrive, work together and deliver high-quality solutions to customers around the world.\nAbout the role\nAs our new Production Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations, performance and development of the Combined Lines Solutions production department.\nYour most important responsibility will be leading and developing your team. Through clear communication, involvement and hands-on leadership, you will create the structure and motivation needed for employees to succeed.\nYou will report to the Head of Value Stream and work closely with 4 other competent Production Managers to ensure efficient production and timely deliveries.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nLead, motivate and develop a team of more than 40 production employees, with a strong focus on wellbeing, collaboration and performance.\nEnsure efficient daily production operations, including resource allocation, capacity planning and delivery performance.\nWork closely with the department's Planner to coordinate production schedules, priorities and resources.\nMonitor production performance, quality, costs and relevant KPIs, and take action when improvements are needed.\nDrive continuous improvements through structured processes, Lean principles and 5S initiatives.\nEnsure a safe working environment and compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.\nManage the department's production budget and contribute to efficient use of resources.\nStrengthen collaboration across production departments and other functions to ensure a smooth production flow.\nAbout you\nWe're looking for someone who knows their way around a production floor, enjoys working with people and understands that great results don't happen on their own.\nYou enjoy being close to the daily operations, supporting your employees and creating an environment where everyone understands their responsibilities and works towards common goals. You are comfortable making decisions, setting priorities and maintaining an overview, even when plans change.\nYou bring structure to a busy production environment and have the confidence to challenge existing ways of working when improvements are needed.\nWe imagine that you:\nHave several years of management experience from a technical or industrial production environment.\nYou may have a technical education or have learned your way through years of hands-on experience. What matters most is that you know production and how to lead people.\nHave a proven ability to lead, motivate and develop production teams.\nUnderstand production planning, capacity management and operational performance.\nHave experience with continuous improvement, preferably Lean and 5S.\nAre comfortable working with production data, KPIs and ERP systems.\nCommunicate clearly and build strong working relationships across different teams and departments.\nAbove all, you are a leader who takes an interest in people, leads by example and takes pride in seeing your team succeed.\nAbout us\nYou will become part of a well-established international company with a strong Danish heritage, where relationships are highly valued.
