You wont be maintaining someone elses setup youll be building Mosadads entire cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and release process from the ground up on Azure. Every deployment, every environment, every alert yours.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\n1. Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture:\n\n- End-to-end CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance on Azure DevOps.\n\n- Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep for all Azure resources.\n\n- Environment management dev, staging, UAT, production with proper isolation and promotion gates.\n\n- Container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).\n\n- Security hardening network policies, secrets management (Azure Key Vault), SSL/TLS, RBAC.\n\n2. Deployment & Automation:\n\n- Automated build, test, and deployment workflows for .NET Core / Angular applications.\n\n- Release governance coordinating deployments with engineering and QA, managing rollbacks.\n\n- Database deployment automation for MongoDB and SQL Server.\n\n- Disaster recovery, backup automation, and RTO/RPO compliance.\n\n- Cost monitoring and optimization of Azure resource consumption.\n\n3. Monitoring & Observability:\n\n- Monitoring, alerting, and observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, or equivalent.\n\n- Proactive incident detection and response.\n\n- System performance optimization and troubleshooting.\n\n- SLA/SLO definition and tracking.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n\n1. DevOps & Cloud Expertise:\n\n- 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.\n\n- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB / MongoDB Atlas, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault, Azure AD).\n\n- Strong CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML-based).\n\n- Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform (preferred) or ARM/Bicep.\n\n2. Container & Orchestration:\n\n- Container expertise: Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Helm charts.\n\n- Hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications in production.\n\n3. Scripting & Automation:\n\n- Scripting proficiency: Bash, PowerShell, Python.\n\n- Ability to automate manual processes and build automation frameworks.\n\n4. Monitoring & Operations:\n\n- Monitoring and observability: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.\n\n- Experience with application logging, metrics collection, and alerting.\n\n- Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices.\n\n5. Network & Security:\n\n- Strong understanding of networking: VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, DNS, Load Balancers, WAF.\n\n- Security-first mindset: OWASP awareness, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, RBAC.\n\n- Database operations: automated backups, migrations, replication for MongoDB and/or SQL Server.\n\n6.
