As we expand, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the CMO’s office. \nPosition Summary:\nReporting to the Senior Director, Clinical Strategy and Opoerational Excellence, this is an important role requiring the role holder to work across each function within the Clinical/Medical team to ensure a consistent, integrated program plan that maps out the activities, timelines and budget forecasts. The person fulfilling this role will work closely with all stakeholders in the team.\nResponsibilities: \nDevelop and oversee an integrated program plan for the Clinical/Medical function, primarily working with the CMO, the Senior Director Clinical Strategy and Operational Excellence, plus the VP’s of the various functions and teams within Clinical and Medical\nCoordinate the different work-streams\nManagement of the risk and issue logs across programs, following up on mitigating actions, strategies and contingency planning\nSupporting the development of management reports for the CEO / Board\nLead the development of budgets and forecasts\nCreate and present reports, as required by the CMO, Finance and the Board\nTake ownership of standards, templates and tools for functions to work to and with\nAll planning must be carried out in compliance with the AAVantgarde QMS\nFacilitation of relevant stakeholder meetings\n\nQualifications: Skills and Capabilities:\nQualifications:\nBSc or higher degree in life sciences or equivalent working experience\nOptional: Prince 2 or other PM methodology\nSkills required:\nLeadership skills\nSelf-starter with strong sense of urgency and ownership\nProject and program management\nRisk management\nInfluencing skills\nNegotiating skills\nCommunication skills - written and verbal\nAnalytical, numerate and high attention to detail\nAbility to present data clearly\nFacilitation skills\nExperience: \nManagement / Project Management roles within clinical operations either in biopharma or contract research organisations\nLine management experience (although not required for the role, the experience will be valuable.\nProject management experience\nTechnology skills:MS Project\nMS Teams\nMS SharePoint\nOffice 365\n\nEqual Opportunities\nAt AAVantgarde, we are committed to fostering a welcoming, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
