From short-form social content and product launches to events, interviews and longer-form storytelling, you'll help shape how Aave communicates through video.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone with strong creative instincts who understands how to create content that feels native to social and can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging stories.\nHow you can make an impact:\nEdit high-quality video content across Aave's social and digital channels\nCreate content across product launches, campaigns, events, interviews and the wider Aave ecosystem\nTurn raw footage and creative concepts into engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing and storytelling\nWork closely with Marketing, Design and other teams to bring creative ideas to life\nAdapt content and formats based on platform, audience and performance\nStay on top of social trends, editing styles and emerging content formats\nHelp evolve Aave's video style and maintain a consistently high creative standard\nLet's connect if you have:\nStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing and storytelling\nExperience creating content for social and digital channels\nStrong proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent\nGood understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, sound and visual storytelling\nStrong understanding of social platforms and internet culture\nAbility to work quickly across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment\nStrong attention to detail and creative judgement\nInterest in crypto, DeFi and the Aave
