The role provides an opportunity to work with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, troubleshooting, and software deployments while collaborating with development and QA teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in deploying applications to client environments and cloud platforms.\nConfigure software and support successful client implementations.\nSupport CI/CD processes and application deployment workflows.\nAutomate infrastructure setup and maintenance using DevOps tools.\nMonitor cloud servers for availability, performance, and reliability.\nTroubleshoot technical issues during and after software implementation.\nDeploy software updates, patches, and new releases.\nSupport third-party integrations and API implementations.\nCollaborate with Development and QA teams during feature releases.\nProvide technical support and training to clients when required.\nAssist in optimizing applications for improved performance and scalability.\nLearn from senior engineers and participate in knowledge-sharing activities. \n\nJob SpecificationGood understanding of DevOps principles and software development lifecycle.\nUnderstanding of networking concepts and protocols.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nStrong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.\nFamiliarity with Docker and Kubernetes.\nUnderstanding of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.\nFamiliarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.\nKnowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Candidates from BIT, BCA, or BSc. CSIT backgrounds are preferred. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
