This role will serve as the company's safety leader, partnering closely with Operations and Field Leadership to develop scalable safety programs, strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and foster a proactive safety culture.\nThe ideal candidate has extensive experience managing safety programs withincommercial facilities services, with experience in janitorial, HVAC/mechanical, building maintenance, or similar field-service environmentsand enjoys being hands-on in the field while driving continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead all company-wide Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives.\nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies, SOPs, training programs, and compliance procedures.\nConduct routine jobsite inspections, facility audits, risk assessments, and safety evaluations across multiple locations.\nInvestigate incidents, near misses, and workplace injuries, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations, client safety requirements, and company standards.\nPartner with Operations and Field Leadership to identify risks and improve overall safety performance.\nLead employee onboarding, safety training, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety education programs.\nManage safety documentation, OSHA logs, compliance records, reporting metrics, and regulatory filings.\nSupport workers' compensation investigations and return-to-work initiatives.\nTravel 25% to branch offices, client sites, and project locations throughout NJ, NY, DMV, and FL.
