In this role, you ensure smooth daily execution, strong KPI performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in a complex, international environment.\nYour Responsibilities\nLead monthly performance reviews with our main 3PLs, covering safety, quality, KPIs, and financials.\nDrive improvements in key transport KPIs and address operational issues with urgency.\nServe as the main operational contact for Prague, breweries, domestic teams, and DCs.\nManage asset and inventory processes, including counts, stock accuracy, and materials (pallets, thermal blankets, dunnage, etc.).\nOversee warehouse utilization, stock projections, and reverse logistics of empties.\nOwn operational escalations for shuttling operations, deliveries, and container flows.\nValidate 3PL, transport, warehouse, and D&D invoices and manage a USD 10-15M budget.\nInitiate and implement improvement projects (WPS, layout optimization, repack setup, CO₂ reduction).\nAct as SPOC for 3PLEX, DPO, and LCP audits.\nBuild operational and tactical capacity plans based on volume forecasts.\nLead and support the onboarding and optimization of 3PL setups.\nWhat You Bring\nMaster’s degree (or equivalent experience) with ±3 years in logistics or international supply chain.\nStrong understanding of transport, warehouse, repacking, and international flows.\nA proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders.\nStrong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to navigate complexity.\nExperience with SAP, TMS, WMS, and solid Excel capabilities.\nFluent English; Dutch preferred.\nWhat We Offer\nWe invest in your growth, well-being, and long-term success.
