Working closely with technical, maintenance, and procurement stakeholders, you will identify strategic sourcing opportunities, optimize supplier partnerships, reduce costs and working capital, and deliver sustainable value across our global operations. You will also play a key role in advancing spare parts data management, analytics, and inventory optimization initiatives that support operational excellence across our breweries and facilities.\nThe Role\nStrategic Sourcing & Category Management\nDevelop and execute global sourcing strategies for MRO and Lifecycle Management categories, aligned with business priorities and AB InBev objectives.\n\nPartner with business leaders to identify and segment spend opportunities, delivering cost savings, spend avoidance, and working capital improvements.\n\nLead RFQ processes, evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure successful implementation of sourcing initiatives.\n\nManage and negotiate framework agreements with key suppliers, including pricing, rebates, payment terms, and supplier performance expectations.\n\nBenchmark pricing and commercial practices across OEMs, OMMs, AMMs, distributors, and service providers.\n\nLeverage Global Procurement and Zone Procurement capabilities to maximize value creation across the category portfolio.\n\nStakeholder & Supplier Management\nCollaborate with Global Technical teams, ZBS Maintenance, and Zone Procurement leaders to define maintenance strategies and supplier selection approaches.\n\nEstablish and monitor category objectives aligned with overall AB InBev performance targets.\n\nLead supplier business reviews and foster strong partnerships that drive innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.\n\nManage communication and information flows across global procurement and maintenance networks.\n\nSourcing Project Delivery\nEnsure timely delivery of high-quality sourcing projects across global and regional categories.\n\nMonitor project performance and provide guidance to stakeholders throughout project execution.\n\nAct as an escalation point for sourcing and project-related challenges.\n\nContinuously improve sourcing methodologies, tools, and processes by leveraging procurement and industry best practices.\n\nSupply Market Intelligence\nProvide insights on market dynamics, supplier capabilities, cost drivers, pricing trends, and emerging technologies.\n\nDevelop and implement market intelligence tools, reporting methodologies, and analytical frameworks.\n\nSupport sourcing strategies, supplier reviews, and business decision-making through data-driven recommendations.\n\nEvaluate supplier capabilities and identify opportunities in new technologies, markets, and supplier networks.\n\nAdvise stakeholders on category trends, sourcing opportunities, and industry best practices.\n\nKnowledge & Capability Development\nDesign and maintain strategic category plans for product lines and sourcing categories.\n\nCapture and document sourcing best practices, methodologies, and category knowledge.\n\nBuild expertise in complex and emerging categories to support business growth and operational requirements.\n\nSpare Parts & Inventory Optimization\nLead initiatives to improve spare parts management processes across global operations.\n\nDevelop global spare parts inventory and procurement analytics capabilities.\n\nDrive the global spare parts working capital governance and improvement agenda.\n\nSupport implementation of digital inventory and analytics solutions, including Verusen, Total Asset Management (TAM), and related platforms.\n\nImprove data quality and coverage across SAP master data, TAM databases, and global data repositories.\n\nPartner with Engineering, Maintenance, and Tech Supply teams to pilot innovative inventory management and cost optimization solutions.\n\nSupport the expansion and effectiveness of Zone Engineering Centers and Reliability Centers through improved sourcing and spare parts strategies.\n\nDefine and implement spare parts approaches for capital projects in collaboration with Global Engineering Maintenance SMEs.\n\nConduct site visits and facilitate continuous improvement activities related to spare parts inventory and procurement processes.\n\nBuild your career with us\nWe hire for mindset, ambition, and cultural fit.\nA unique culture: We are proud to be part of something bigger than ourselves, driven by a legacy built over generations.
