Bridging key stakeholders, you will optimize our supplier network, spearhead tenders, and deliver sustainable value.\nWhat you will be doing:\nCategory Strategy: Formulate and deploy regional strategies, translating macro insights into high-impact pipeline projects.\n\nSourcing & Tender Management: Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives and tenders.\n\nFinancial Optimization: Drive TCO reductions and maximize value creation through rigorous procurement routines.\n\nExecutive Influence: Deliver data-driven business cases and proposals to senior leadership for alignment and approval.\n\nStakeholder Engagement: Partner with global structures, zone teams, and suppliers to foster collaborative, long-term relationships.\n\nCapability Building: Lead capability building for zones on logistics procurement tools, methodologies and best practices sharing.\n\nWho we’re looking for:\nExperience: 5 years in logistics procurement, transport sourcing, or 3PL management (FMCG/CPG/Retail preferred).\n\nAnalytics: Strong cost-modeling and data analysis skills in complex supply chains.\n\nNegotiation: Proven track record in commercial negotiation and contract management.\n\nMindset: Agile, resilient, and eager to drive impact in a robust and fast CPG industry.\n\nLanguages: Fluent English mandatory; Portuguese or Spanish is a strong plus.\n\nMore about us\nAt AB InBev, brewing is more than a job, it’s a passion.
