From resolving operational issues to managing a multimillion-dollar budget and leading improvement projects, you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our supply chain.\nIf you enjoy combining hands-on operational management with analytical thinking and stakeholder collaboration, this could be the next step for you.\nWhat will you do\nYou’ll take ownership of logistics performance across transport and warehousing, working with our partners and internal teams to keep goods moving efficiently and continuously improve the way we operate.\nDrive operational performance and manage partnerships\nLead monthly performance reviews with our main third-party logistics (3PL) partners, covering safety, quality, KPIs, and financial performance.\nMonitor transport and warehouse performance, identify improvement opportunities, and follow up on operational issues.\nAct as the main operational point of contact for our Prague team, breweries, domestic teams, and distribution centres.\nManage escalations related to shuttle operations, deliveries, and container flows, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.\nSupport the onboarding and optimisation of 3PL partners and logistics setups.\nKeep transport and warehouse operations running smoothly\nOversee warehouse capacity and utilisation, stock projections, and the reverse logistics of empty containers.\nManage asset and inventory processes, including stock counts, stock accuracy, and materials such as pallets, thermal blankets, and dunnage.\nDevelop operational and tactical capacity plans based on volume forecasts.\nEnsure efficient coordination between transport, warehouses, breweries, and distribution centres.\nManage costs and drive continuous improvement\nValidate invoices related to 3PL services, transport, warehousing, and demurrage & detention (D&D).\nManage a logistics budget of approximately USD 10-15 million, ensuring cost control and financial accuracy.\nIdentify and lead improvement projects, including warehouse layout optimisation, repacking setups, WPS initiatives, and CO₂ reduction.\nAct as the single point of contact (SPOC) for 3PLEX, DPO, and LCP audits.\nWho are you\nYou’re a proactive, hands-on logistics professional who enjoys taking ownership and bringing people together to solve problems. You can move comfortably between day-to-day operational challenges and the bigger picture, using data and collaboration to improve performance.\nIdeally, you bring:\nA master’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with around 3 years of experience in logistics or international supply chain.\nA good understanding of transport, warehousing, repacking, and international logistics flows.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to use KPIs and data to identify issues and drive improvements.\nExperience working with external logistics partners and internal stakeholders across different teams or locations.\nA practical, solution-oriented mindset, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities and handle operational escalations.\nExperience with SAP, transport management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and strong Excel skills.\nFluency in English; Dutch is a plus.\nYou don’t need to have experience in every aspect of the role.
