user-centric digital solutions.\nIn this role, you will have an active voice in technical decisions and contribute to the continuous evolution of our engineering practices and products.\nWhat you will do\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React;\nContribute to frontend architecture and technical decisions, considering performance, scalability, and maintainability;\nBuild responsive and accessible user interfaces and integrate them with REST and/or GraphQL APIs;\nImplement effective state management strategies using Context API, Redux, or similar solutions;\nDevelop automated tests and help ensure code quality throughout the development lifecycle;\nParticipate in code reviews, technical refinements, and troubleshooting of complex issues;\nIdentify refactoring opportunities and drive improvements to existing solutions;\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows;\nUse AI-assisted development tools to support coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and refactoring while maintaining technical ownership;\nCollaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate product needs into effective technical solutions.\nWe are looking for people with:\nStrong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript [including event loop, concurrency, memory management, and garbage collection] and React;\nStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive development, and accessibility;\nSolid foundations in data structures, algorithms, programming logic, and problem solving;\nExperience with global state management using Context API, Redux, or similar technologies;\nKnowledge of design patterns and scalable frontend architecture;\nExperience with modern build tools such as Webpack and Vite;\nExperience with automated testing using Jest, Vitest, or similar frameworks;\nExperience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs;\nKnowledge of internationalization (i18n) practices and analytics/tracking solutions such as Segment;\nAdvanced Git knowledge, including branching strategies and code review workflows;\nExperience with CI/CD practices;\nExperience using AI development tools responsibly, with the ability to critically evaluate generated code considering quality, security, performance, privacy, and compliance;\nStrong English communication skills for a global and
