This role focuses on developer productivity and the Internal Developer Portal - building the tools and experiences that help product teams ship on the platform.\nDevelop products and tools for the BEES Cloud Platform that improve developer experience on the platform.\nDesign architecture, technical requirements, and solutions for platform capabilities.\nWork on features for the Internal Developer Portal, includingCLIs, automations, AI agents, and MCP servers.\nBuild abstraction layers for platform components to manage capacity, networking, microservice creation, and related concerns.\nHelp define and improveplatform metrics and developer-facing observabilit.\nContribute to platform security, compliance, and guardrails.\nWe are looking for people with:\nTypically 5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or software architecture.\nSolid understanding of distributed systems (consistency, failure handling, observability).\nExperience with software, systems, and infrastructure architecture.\nExperience with microservices architecture and patterns (decomposition, APIs, resilience).\nExperience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous integration patterns.\nExperience with authentication, authorization, and RBAC (identity systems, access control, role based permissions).\nExperience with Python, Go, and TypeScript (or strong proficiency in at least two of these\n English: Advanced (written and spoken).\nDesirable:\nExperience with container orchestration and workload scheduling at scale.\nExperience with service mesh concepts (traffic management, security, observability).\nExperience with GitOps and declarative, Git-based deployment workflows.\nWho should apply?\nYou care about developer experience and productivity and enjoy
