You will partner with business stakeholders and external providers to optimize recruitment operations, drive continuous improvement, and attract top emerging talent.\nWhat will you be doing:\nYou will have full ownership of the ideation, development, and execution of the selection process for the 3 graduate programmes we have in Zone Europe. \nCoordination of the (graduate) recruitment process with our people organisation and business and providing regular status of selection progress \nManagement of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team dedicated to our graduate programmes \nOn-and offsite support for graduate selection events (ABI Days and Final Panels) together with the RPO team, ensuring smooth and professional execution for participants and assessors \nFrom a system point of view, you ensure that the Recruitment process in Workday is further optimized with a candidate/hiring manager-centric approach \nProduct owner of 3rd party assessment tools (online assessment providers) \nAssistance in day-to-day management of the full recruitment scope in Zone Europe: participating and leading process improvement projects, coordination of zone actions to increase visibility on open positions\nAnalytics of recruitment KPIs and suggestion of improvement ideas\nWhat you will bring:\nFluency in English (C1 or better)\nConfidence since this role has very heavy stakeholder management with VPs to coordinate interview panels.
