Purpose\nTo complete any new or modified development of ClickView’s reports, which is related to the entire Flexcube system, by following the requirement provided by the user and providing technical support to resolve issues for internal staff following internal service standard. \nResponsibilities\nDevelop new/modified reports based on user request using PL/SQL (function, package, procedure, view, trigger). \nProvide technical assistance, problem resolution, and troubleshooting support in a timely manner. \nPerform tuning of existing reports to serve the business's user requirements. \nSupport and partake in fixing the bug and maintenance of related tasks. \nProperly prepare and update the progress status of report for the management. \nComply and follow the rules of the process flow of the team. \nComply and act in line with the internal policy, procedure, and process flow of the department. \nPerform other tasks as assigned. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.\nMinimum one year of experience as a data analyst or related experience in banking environment. \nGood experience with Oracle or SQL basics such as functions, packages, stored procedures, views, synonyms, indexes, triggers, and partitions. \nGood experience with web basics such as HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, jQuery, and JavaScript. \nKnowledge of database technologies such as PL/SQL Developer, SQL Navigator, and Reporting Tools. \nDemonstration of honesty, hardworking, commitment, and flexibility in work environment. \nGood communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team. \nAbility to learn new technology. \nAbility to use and communicate effectively in both Khmer and
