project-related challenges, minimizing operational disruptions and maintaining project momentum. \nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting established quality and performance standards. \nProvide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team growth. \nFoster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies to optimize infrastructure performance. \nVirtualization and Infrastructure Management:\nManage and optimize VMware and Oracle KVM virtualized environments, ensuring scalability, availability, and performance. \nLead the configuration, management, and troubleshooting of physical servers, storage systems, and Exadata infrastructures, ensuring high availability and reliability. \nEnsure efficient Veeam backup implementation, optimizing backup jobs, monitoring backup health, and implementing robust disaster recovery strategies to protect critical data. \nMaintain and update documentation for infrastructure systems, processes, and ongoing project progress, ensuring that documentation is clear, accessible, and up-to-date. \nTake a proactive approach to system performance monitoring and optimization across all virtualized and physical infrastructure components. \nStakeholder Communication and Reporting:\nEffectively communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress. \nProvide regular and comprehensive reports on infrastructure health, system performance, and project progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders. \nCollaborate with other departments (e.g., security, applications, compliance) to ensure infrastructure systems meet both functional requirements and security/compliance standards. \nEnsure adherence to IT compliance and security standards in line with organizational and industry-specific policies, ensuring infrastructure remains secure and up to date. \nParticipate in support rotations, providing expert-level support for incident resolution and acting as a subject matter expert for infrastructure-related issues. \nMaintain up-to-date IT infrastructure diagrams, reflecting changes in system architecture and ensuring clarity for all relevant teams. \nDevelop and maintain operational guidelines for the maintenance and support of the virtual infrastructure, ensuring effective ongoing operations and issue resolution. \nPerform other tasks as assigned by the line manager, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. \nMinimum 3 to 4 years of proven experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on virtualization, server administration, storage management, and backup solutions. \nDemonstrated experience in leading and managing infrastructure projects, including VMware vSphere, Oracle KVM, physical servers, storage solutions, and Exadata deployments. \nBasic understanding of Linux operating system is required. \nStrong expertise in Veeam backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and implementing data protection strategies. \nHands-on experience in managing and optimizing virtualization technologies (VMware, Oracle KVM) and physical infrastructure in both cloud and on-premise environments. \nStrong leadership and technical expertise to guide teams and ensure the successful execution of infrastructure initiatives \nFamiliarity with Linux operating system, its integration, and management within infrastructure environments. \nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues across virtualized, physical, and cloud environments. \nDeep understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and backup systems. \nAbility to create and maintain clear diagrams and documentation for system design, planning, and project progress. \nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on fostering positive working relationships and guiding junior staff. \nAbility to use and communicate effectively in both Khmer and
