installations, configurations, patching, backups, and disaster recovery testing. \nSupport Oracle Flexcube UBS v14.x. \nParticipate in 24x7 on-call rotations and automating routine maintenance and deployments. \nArchitect, deploy, and maintain WebLogic clusters in high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations. \nDesign DR strategies and lead failover testing for RTO/RPO adherence \nOptimize JVM, thread pools, JDBC, and JMS for high-throughput financial transactions. \nConduct root-cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures. \nManage and monitor WebLogic server environments to ensure high availability and performance. \nPerform regular system and application deployments and updates. \nConfigure and optimize server settings and application performance. \nTroubleshoot and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner. \nEnsure security measures are in place and maintained for WebLogic environments. \nCollaborate with development and operations teams to support application lifecycle management. \nMaintain and document configuration changes and system processes. \nCreate, configure, backup and restore a WebLogic Server domain, cluster, and authentication provider \nEnsures installations meet standards and technical specifications \nPlan, install, build, manage, support, configure, secure and test WebLogic infrastructure components and connectivity \nSupport multiple WebLogic 14.x Servers and J2EE applications in a High Availability environment \nProvide troubleshooting and technical support services for web infrastructure \nAssist in the planning and execution of disaster recovery failover testing \nPerform 24/7 on call duties on a rotation basis with the other WebLogic administrator \nPerform scheduled maintenance, patching, and security compliance \nPerform and automate manual application deployments and housekeeping activities. \nUnderstand and follow existing change management processes. \nQualifications\nBachelors or Masters / University degree in related field or equivalent work experience required. \nOracle WebLogic Certification (OCP/OCM) or Red Hat/Cloud certifications. \nMinimum three years of experience in WebLogic server administration. \nProven experience with WebLogic server configurations, deployments, and troubleshooting. \nStrong understanding of Java applications and middleware technologies. \nWebLogic security: SAML/OAuth, LDAP integration, WAF policies. \nExperience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems. \nWorking Experience of configuring Oracle Flexcube UBS v14.x. \nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills. \nWorking experience in Bank/Financial domain related projects. \nProblem-solving and good analytical
