# Mid - Level Supervisor - School

Job description: Position Summary ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a qualified and experienced Mid-Level Supervisor to provide clinical supervision, staff training, behavioral assessments, and ongoing support for school-based ABA programs. This position is responsible for supporting the implementation of individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and ensuring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) receive appropriate supervision, guidance, and training. The Mid-Level Supervisor will collaborate closely with Clinical Directors, Supervisors, school personnel, families, and clinical team members to promote positive client outcomes, maintain quality service delivery, and ensure compliance with applicable clinical, educational, and regulatory standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with applicable supervision requirements.
