Today, this extends to more than 1,500 enterprise clients, where the focus remains on creating systems that are not only functional, but ready to adapt and evolve over time.\nPOSITION OVERVIEWThe Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and cost optimization objectives. The role requires strong vendor management, negotiation, contract coordination, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nReceive, review, and process purchase requisitions in accordance with approved procurement policies and procedures.\n\nSource and evaluate vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely delivery.\n\nPrepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs as required.\n\nObtain, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations to achieve the best value for the organization.\n\nNegotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and service agreements with suppliers.\n\nPrepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure compliance with the approved authorization matrix.\n\nCoordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and completion of services.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and regularly update supplier databases and approved vendor records.\n\nConduct supplier performance evaluations and recommend improvements where necessary.\n\nCoordinate with the Legal Department for contract reviews, drafting, execution, and management of service agreements and SLAs.\n\nEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.\n\nMaintain complete procurement documentation, including quotations, comparative analyses, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and correspondence.\n\nMonitor procurement budgets, spending trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.\n\nCoordinate with Finance and Accounts for invoice verification, payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and procurement reporting.\n\nPrepare periodic procurement reports, vendor performance reports, savings reports, and management summaries.\n\nSupport internal and external audits by ensuring accurate and complete procurement records.\n\nSKILLS & EXPERIENCETechnical Skills\nStrong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.\n\nExperience with RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, contract management, and supplier negotiations.\n\nKnowledge of procurement governance, compliance requirements, and audit standards.\n\nStrong analytical and commercial evaluation skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\n\nExperience with ERP systems and procurement management tools is preferred.\n\nStrong documentation, reporting, and record-keeping capabilities.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience managing end-to-end procurement activities in a corporate environment.\n\nExposure to supplier evaluation, contract administration, and procurement budgeting.\n\nExperience coordinating with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business Units.\n\nFamiliarity with procurement best practices, supplier performance management, and cost optimization initiatives.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Procurement, or a related field.\n\nProfessional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management will be considered an advantage.\n\n2–5 years of relevant
