The successful candidate will bridge business and technical teams by translating requirements into practical solutions and driving product vision, scope, and implementation across multiple initiatives.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Strategy & Delivery\nDefine and manage product vision, scope, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.\n\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and product enhancements.\n\nSupport product design, test cases, and business process workflows.\n\nAssess the feasibility and business impact of proposed projects and enhancements.\n\nUnderstand the commercial importance of product changes and new features.\n\nStakeholder & Business Engagement\nConsult with internal and external stakeholders to understand business functions, value chains, products, and services.\n\nBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.\n\nChallenge and refine business requirements to ensure business intent is clearly understood.\n\nRequirements Management & Analysis\nGather, analyze, document, validate, and communicate business requirements across Agile and Waterfall environments.\n\nTranslate business data into actionable insights for process and system improvements.\n\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.\n\nSKILLS & EXPERIENCETechnical Skills\n6–8 years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.\n\nStrong experience in business requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.\n\nExperience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.\n\nStrong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.\n\nAbility to create and manage product documentation, workflows, and business process designs.\n\nStrong presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and related tools.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience within technology, software engineering, or digital delivery environments.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nCustomer-focused mindset with strong communication and relationship management skills.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nRelevant Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, or Project
