If this sounds good to you, we want you on our team.\nWhat will you do\nResearch, develop and apply AI and deep learning techniques to improve our products and business operations\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can benefit from AI solutions\nWork with AI/MLOps team to implement AI solutions into production environments following high-quality software engineering standards\nResearch and develop Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art techniques (e.g. Retrieval-Augmented Generation, model fine-tuning, and agentic frameworks) to improve user experiences and increase efficiency in business operations.\nStay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML/GenAI research and technologies\nWho we are looking for\nHave passion for building great and impactful technology\nBachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields\nStrong background in Computer Science and Software Engineering including algorithms, data structures, software architecture, OOP, system design, etc.\nProficiency with deep learning model development using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow\nProficiency with common data science Python packages e.g. scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas)\nGood understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model development lifecycle.\nExperience with developing Generative AI applications is a plus\nExperience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI) is a plus\n\nOur Data & AI Team\nWe are a group of adventure-loving folks with a diverse mix of skillsets.
