You will build and maintain the financial models that underpin strategic decisions, own budget management end-to-end, and act as the analytical bridge between FP&A and the accounting team. You will also help modernize how financial strategy team works by applying AI tools to reporting, modeling, and internal tooling.\nWhat you will do:\nEstablish and prepare monthly performance reporting, conduct analysis and presentations for management. \nOwn budget oversight - lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly budget-vs-actual tracking across departments, flag variances early, and work with budget owners on corrective action. \nChampion the use of AI within financial strategy team - apply AI tools to automate reporting and modeling, help build and maintain internal dashboards, and proactively identify opportunities to modernize FP&A workflows. \nBuild and maintain financial models to support business forecasting, management and board reporting, and strategic initiatives such as new business lines. \nLiaise closely with the accounting team at the company on financial statement preparations, maintain data integrity across financial systems and reporting tools. \nSupport the team across ad hoc projects and initiatives as priorities evolve and across new business lines. \n\nWhat we look for:\nEducation - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. \nExperience - minimum 2 years in FP&A, auditing, accounting, financial analysis, or a related finance function. \n AI fluency (required) - genuine interest in and hands-on use of AI tools, with a demonstrated passion for learning new technologies quickly. \nInterpersonal skills - strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing both finance and non-finance audiences;
