It aggregates and orchestrates collection activity for hundreds of concurrent collection agents, powering everything from overdue-account assignment to ML-driven collector routing and fine-grained, hierarchy-based data permissioning.\nWe're currently leading a foundational, long-term rebuild of this platform - not a quick-win project.
