Join us and let’s build the future together.\nAbout the Role\nAbacus Insights is looking for a Manager, Business and Data Analysis to lead a team of Business and Data Analysts within the Business and Analysis Team in Client Solutions. You will bring hands-on experience with Healthcare Administration software and associated data sets, and you will be accountable for the quality of the requirements, design, and analysis documentation that is critical to our clients’ implementation success.\nThe Client Solutions team is focused on the effective delivery of both requirements and design definitions so that our clients understand the path to business value realization. In this role, you will lead and develop your team, stay close to the work, and partner with Business Solution Managers, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to make sure that analysis lands clearly and on time.\nYour day to day\nLead the Team\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Business and Data Analysts, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and supporting career growth\nAssign and balance work across the team, manage priorities and capacity as engagements change, and ensure deliverables are on time and of high quality\nEstablish and reinforce standards, templates, and best practices for requirements gathering, documentation, and data analysis, and review the team’s work to ensure it is clear, complete, and buildable\nDeliver Client Outcomes\nOversee the team’s participation in consulting engagements with our clients, which generally focus on improving operational performance on their current software platforms and identifying areas where Abacus Insights may develop complementary solutions\nApply your experience in healthcare claims, provider management, benefits, eligibility, and/or contract management to guide the analysis of business requests and the development of business requirements, design details, and systemic solutions\nSupport requirements gathering and clarification sessions with clients, and step in on the most complex or sensitive client conversations\nGuide the analysis of data and reports to validate information quality, identify trends and patterns, define inconsistencies, and summarize and present findings and results\nPartner Across Delivery\nPartner with Business Solution Managers, Solution Architects, Product, QA, and Program Management to ensure clean hand-offs and successful delivery\nCommunicate and translate concepts between business and technical personnel, and communicate team status, risks, and results to senior leadership\nDrive process analysis, evaluation, and improvement across the team, and assist as needed with QA and application support for clients and our product support group\nWhat you bring to the team\nBachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience or training\n8+ years of experience working with Healthcare Administration software and associated data sets\nExperience leading, mentoring, or managing analysts or other team members\nExperience with SQL, Databricks, and/or Snowflake\nExtensive experience with requirements gathering and documentation\nAbility to build and manage working relationships with internal and external team members, including across time zones\nAbility to multi-task and react positively to frequent changes in priorities\nAbility to communicate succinctly and clearly, verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences\nAbility to positively impact process improvement and process management\nProject organization, attention to detail, and time management\nMotivation to solve existing problems while anticipating new issues\nWhat we’d like to see, but not required\nHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to complete complex tasks with little supervision\nA strong commitment to staying current on market needs through educational opportunities, professional publications, personal networks, and professional organizations\nExperience collaborating with internal and external departments to position company products and services competitively to address market and client needs\nExperience managing teams in a distributed or offshore delivery model\nCompensation\nCompensation for this role is based on experience, skills, and location, and includes base salary plus eligibility for performance bonuses and equity grants.\nWhat you’ll get in return \nCompetitive Leave & Benefits\nComprehensive health coverage\nEquity for every employee - share in our success\nGrowth-focused environment - your development matters here\nWork arrangements \nStandard hours: 9 hours/day, 5 days/week\nLocation: Pune, Onsite (1 PM - 10 PM IST)\nShift: Your standard working hours will be nine (9) hours per day within the Company’s standard working hours.
