We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about Technology and Cybersecurity to join our growing IT Security team!\nResponsibilities (including, but not limited to the following):\nHigh interaction with the Security, Engineering and Service teams, and respond to escalated issues from our tier 1 analysts in a timely fashion\nRespond and action escalations from our MDR provider and work with our engineering team and clients to improve detection and response capabilities whilst maintaining health and security of our platform\nUtilize interpersonal and technical skills to effectively communicate with management, peers, and clients\nMaintain an awareness of security and control issues in emerging technologies\nAbility to scope, implement and support new security projects/initiatives\nOwnership and follow up of pending issues to resolution\nSkills\nFamiliarity with industry standard tools and applications (such as Rapid7, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, KnowBe4)\nFamiliarity with industry standard SIEM, Anti-Virus, Email/Spam Filtering, Asset Monitoring tools.
