This is a full-time position.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide information assurance oversight, guidance and support to the customer community in accordance with Federal, Department of Defense, and U.S. Air Force Information Assurance programs.\nEnsure applicable systems/networks/computing environments meet security requirements and that all security risks for those environments are properly mitigated.\nProvide technical and programmatic information assurance/cyber security services in support of system-level certification and accreditation processes.\nTrack and manage all open security-related problem reports and fixes.\nProvide necessary support for Certification and Accreditation (C&A) requirements as well as re-accreditation requirements.\nEnsure configuration management for systems/networks/computing systems and hardware is documented and maintained.\nSupport creation, management, and processing of accounts, DLP.\nProvide support with Classified Message Incidents.\nReview all Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) alerts, bulletins and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGS) for applicable implementation and remediation in the customer’s network/computing environment(s).\nProvide support to maintain a comprehensive network security policy.\nCreate, review and update standard operating procedures and AF Checklists.\nReview FFRDC System Security Plans and provide support as needed.\nAssist with TEMPEST certification for Classified Processing Areas.\n\nQualifications\n\n3+ years experience in IT and systems support. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements. Must be Security+ CE certified. Strong knowledge of Air Force, DoD and applicable Federal Information Assurance/Cyber Security Directives and Instructions. Knowledge of cyber security including the RMF process and Cyber Defense. Experience with SharePoint; Windows Desktop Operating Systems; Windows Server Operating Systems; Active Directory; and MS Office. Knowledge of ServiceNow. Proficient with Computer and Server Hardware. Able to capture and report metrics. Able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Must be self-motivated, able to work well in a team or independently, and have strong customer service skills, troubleshooting skills, and communication skills.
