We hire one person.\n\nPeople who can only prompt and cannot read the code.\n\nPeople with several other clients at the same time.\n\nHIRING PROCESS\n\nA 14-minute online test (code reading, multiple choice). We send you the link in chat right after you apply.\n\nA 20-minute written test (a small function, one SQL query, three short answers).\n\nA short live call with screen share.\n\nWe do not read CVs first.
