Dental Assistant/Receptionist - Maven Dental Busselton

Maven Dental Busselton is looking for a Casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our established practice.

This is a dual-role opportunity where you'll work across both chairside assisting and reception, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build a broader skill set.

We're open to hearing from experienced Dental Assistants and Receptionists, as well as people who are new to dental but have the right attitude and are keen to learn. Previous dental experience is valued but isn't essential, with training available for the right person.

For someone looking to build a career in dental, this is an opportunity to gain practical experience across the practice and develop skills that can support you long term.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clinicians chairside during appointments and procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and resetting them between patients
• Sterilising and managing instruments in line with infection control standards
• Keeping clinical areas clean, stocked and ready for patients
• Welcoming patients and being their first point of contact
• Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries
• Booking and managing appointments
• Updating patient records, processing payments and handling general administration
• Supporting the wider practice team with day-to-day tasks

We're looking for someone who:

• Has Dental Assistant, dental reception or general reception/customer service experience
• Is reliable, organised and comfortable working across different tasks
• Communicates confidently and professionally with patients and colleagues
• Takes pride in providing a positive patient experience
• Is willing to learn and develop skills across both clinical and reception duties
• Has a genuine interest in building a career in the dental industry
