Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. Candidates are expected to manage their own commuting arrangements.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nCollaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and timely project completion within the defined timelines.\n\nLeveraging insights about customer needs and ABB’s offerings to identify suitable solutions for clients, leading to project results that meet customer expectations.\n\nParticipating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.\n\nSeeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.\n\nAssist in the development and testing of automation software\n\nAssist in the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems\n\nAssist with the creation of technical sales demonstrations\n\nSupport the development of documentation and user manuals for automation systems\n\nParticipate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress\n\nParticipate in product inventories and manage department equipment\n\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards\n\nQualifications for the role:\nCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldin the United States.\n\nIntern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.\n\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.\n\nUtilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.\n\nEffectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.\n\nExhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.\n\nCollaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.\n\nWhy ABB?\nWhat's in it for you\nWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
