Each day, you will ensure the application works reliably, serves its users, and remains fit for purpose for supported business processes to deliver value to the organization. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring application security and compliance, in line with external and internal regulations.\nThe work model for the role is: #Li_onsite \nThis role is contributing to the ABB Robotics in Bangalore, India\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nOwn and manage the IS Robotics application landscape across the full lifecycle, including design, build, implementation, rollout, support, and continuous improvement.\nEnsure reliability, performance, and availability of CRM, ERP, and non-ERP applications while proactively identifying and resolving system issues.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, global teams, and external partners to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technology solutions.\nLead incident, problem, and change management activities, ensuring adherence to ITIL standards and minimizing business disruption.\nDrive application modernization, automation, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related discipline.\n10 to 12 years of experience in application support, application management, or enterprise IT systems.\nStrong experience managing CRM, ERP, and enterprise application environments with a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.\nProven expertise in application architecture, system integration, solution design, implementation, and support.\nHands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Workday, Azure, VMware, or similar technologies.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.\nExperience working in cross-functional global teams and managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.\nKnowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, change management, and service delivery best practices.\nExperience in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar tools.\nExposure to virtualization, cloud platforms, and infrastructure technologies is an advantage.\nWe value people from different backgrounds.
