Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProduction Supervisor__\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite, Flowery Branch, GA\nYour role and responsibilities:\nManufacture AC motor stators by performing winding, coil wrapping, insulating, inserting, connecting, lashing, brazing, and electrical testing according to engineering specifications and customer requirements.\nOperate and set up production equipment including winding and insertion machines, while following established work instructions and production standards.\nPerform quality and technical checks by reading blueprints, work orders, and routing documents, using measuring tools and gauges, and applying basic math skills to ensure accuracy.\nMaintain a safe and productive work environment by using required PPE, safely operating tools and lifting equipment, and performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods in a factory setting.\nQualifications for the role:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; 1 Year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred. Prior leadership experience preferred with the ability to set high performance standards for self and others.\nAdaptability and organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change, with a willingness to cross-train and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.\nTechnical and operational proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel\nMust pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
