Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProduction Supervisor__\nYour role and responsibilities\nThe Assembly Builder is responsible for supporting the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Uses machinery and equipment on the shop floor. Reads and interprets the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.\nThe work model for the role is: Onsite\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nAssemble industrial electric motors and components (stators, rotors, bearings, housings, wiring) while completing electrical connections, routing leads, and interpreting schematics to ensure proper insulation, grounding, and functionality.\nPerform quality checks and functional testing (hi-pot, continuity, balance), identify defects, and complete rework or troubleshooting in collaboration with quality and engineering teams.\nOperate assembly tools (torque tools, presses, hand tools) safely and accurately, maintain equipment calibration, and support efficient production flow, line balancing, and coordination across departments.\nTrack production data and work orders, follow SOPs and safety standards, maintain a clean 5S-compliant workspace, and contribute to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.\nQualifications for the role\nEducation & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; at least 6 months of industrial manufacturing experience or equivalent military service.
