Run what runs the world.\nThis Position reports to:\nProduction Unit Manager\n ASSEMBLER III (ANDON)\nYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.\nThe work model for the role is: {Onsite}\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\n Primarily troubleshoot and repair breakers \nUnderstand how the product works, need to be able to work on all stations \nUnderstand how the accessories work with the product \nKnow how Turn on and off all equipment \nKnow how to interpret tester data \nRed tag process at the end of the each shift \nRecord tally at the end of the day for red tagged breakers \nAssist in training of the operators and give feedback on quality issues on the line \nRecord production data issues daily and manage defect tracker \nSupport with trainings of the other employees \nPerform housekeeping duties throughout the shift and at designated times. \nAble to run all testing equipment \nSupports Coordinator in keeping the operation moving \nOther duties as deemed necessary or assigned. \n\nQualifications for the role (Mandatory)\nRequired to stand, bend walk for extended periods of time throughout shift. \nMinimum High School Diploma or equivalent. \nBasic computer skills and understanding of overall manufacturing operations. \nAbility to handle multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations. \nDetailed and team oriented. \nFlexible to work overtime with little or no notice. \nBe able to lift to 50lbs \nRequired to know all of the stations of the assembly line \nBuilding a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
