Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nRegional Service Manager__\nIn this role you will be responsible for Demand Field Service in Process Automation Energy Industries Service.\nDCS Associate Field Service Technicians perform service in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. You will be in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams, supporting the technical point while delivering quality service.\nThe work model for the role is Hybrid {#LI-Hybird}\nThis role is contributing to the Process Automation, Energy Industries Division.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nPerforming entry level field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performs analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.\n\nPreparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.\n\nExecuting work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and as per quality standards.\n\nTroubleshooting simple equipment failures and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.\n\nOur team dynamics\nYou will join a talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.\nQualifications:\nHigh School diploma and comparable military technical training.\n\nA minimum of 1 years of relevant experience is preferred.
