Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-onsite\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification business in Smart Power division at Nashik, India.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nLeading the project team allocated to the project.\n\nMonitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.\n\nIdentifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.\n\nDriving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.\n\nQualifications for the role\nYou have 5 to 8 years of experience in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Operations, with hands-on experience in process improvement, capacity planning, productivity improvement, manufacturing line setup, and industrialization.\n\nYou have hands-on experience in LV Switchgear projects, preferably covering the complete project lifecycle from project initiation through close-out. Experience in Hyperscale Data Center projects is preferred.\n\nYou possess good technical knowledge of LV Switchgear assemblies and IEC 61439, with experience or understanding of components including ACBs, MCCBs, motor protection relays, numerical relays, soft starters, and VFDs.\n\nYou have basic knowledge of LV Switchgear digitalization and communication protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, and IEC 61850, with an understanding of related network architecture.\n\nYou hold a full-time Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronics/ Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
