You will assist in ensuring that project activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and project targets. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver contracted project outcomes while developing your project management expertise.\nThe work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Business in Jakarta.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nSupporting the project manager in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling project activities to achieve project objectives.\nTracking project progress, resource utilization, schedules, budgets, and financial performance while ensuring timely reporting.\nAssisting in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinating with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.\nSupporting project documentation, contract administration, change management, and project close-out activities in accordance with contractual requirements.\nOur team dynamics\nOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters, because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.\n3-7 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, project management, or project execution within electrical distribution, power systems, automation, or EPC environments.\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, substations, protection systems, and electrical distribution solutions.\nUnderstanding of project execution principles, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.\nFamiliarity with ABB products, IEC standards, and industrial or infrastructure project environments in Indonesia is preferred.\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.\nProficiency in MS Project, SAP, Microsoft Office applications, or equivalent project management tools.\nWhat's in it for you?\nWe empower you to take initiative, learn from experienced project professionals, and build a rewarding career in project management.
