Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nProject Manager__\nYour role and responsibilities\nManage the assigned projects to ensure the fulfillment of all project goals, in terms of on-time, on-cost and on-quality deliveries.\nThis role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nProject execution from contract signed until final acceptance\nMonitor project schedules and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of all project documents.\nCoordinate across multiple departments, including： customers, sales, design, procurement, production, quality, after-sales, and finance-throughout the entire project lifecycle from contract payment to final on-site delivery.\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation measures.\nManage project changes by evaluating cost and schedule impacts and executing corresponding change contracts.\nBuild and maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction\nManage/lead project team to ensure project success and team spirit\nEnsure quality/continuous performance\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor’s degree or above.\nEngineering background, preferably Electrical Engineering or Automation.\nFamiliar with project management tools (e.g. MS-Project, SAP).\nFluent in written and spoken English.\nEngineering Package (E-house or related product) experience is plus.\nOutstanding communication skills and a sense of teamwork.\nCustomer-oriented and highly responsible.\nMore about us\nABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and\nmanufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
