Join us and help run what runs the world.\nThis position reports to:\nCommercial Operations Manager (부장)__\nYour role and responsibilities\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.\nThe work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid\nThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area - Distribution Solutions Division in Korea.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nLeading the project team allocated to the project.\n\nMonitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.\n\nIdentifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.\n\nDriving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.\n\nQualifications for the role\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.\n\nMinimum of 8 years of experience executing medium to large-scale electrical projects, preferably within industrial or utility sectors.\n\nStrong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage switchgear design, components, and testing procedures.\n\nAbility to lead technical discussions with customers and deliver engineering solutions in coordination with overseas manufacturing facilities.\n\nProven experience collaborating with customers, engineering teams, and production or manufacturing sites.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.\n\nProficiency in Korean, and Business-level proficiency in verbal and written English.\n\nMore about us\nABB’s Electrification Business Area is a global leader in electrical products and solutions, operating in more than 100 countries, with over 200 manufacturing sites.
